This application was created with the main purpose of providing all users without reference to station or status in life with access to technology, that would be of benefit to them and their families.

It is not intended to be a rival or in no way in competition with any other prevailing messaging services. Actually, no research or enquiries were made on the characteristics of any messaging system, but rather, this was my own interpretation of what I believe that a messaging system ought to be doing.

Moreover, I believe that the term 'Messaging Services' does no justice to the depth to which this S.I.M.S 246 package has gone to providing a totally new experience of how data is created, and can be of much utility for future purposes.

Unlike, email services, which has a waiting period between sending and receiving with no guarantee of delivery if it gets spammed; this system delivers content within seconds.

With the establishment of connection between the [Initiator] and the [Recipient], terms used by the program to refer to the caller and receiver, messaging can begin immediately.

The Initiator, does not even have to wait for a response from the Recipient in order to engage.

The Initiator, if time does not permit him/her to wait for engagement, can [SEND] off a series of messages to the intended [Recipient].

The [Recipient] will see those messages at a future occasion when he/she logs on and attempt connection with that particular Initiator.

The full benefits of the system can be realized when every single user on this platform, has the opportunity to connect with thousands or indeed (hundreds of thousands) of persons on a world wide scale just by having a device, whether it is a mobile phone, tablet, laptop or desktop computer and an available internet connection.

In closing, I just want to emphasize the fact that this program can be utilised to become the structured de facto communication apparatus for individuals, businesses small and/or large.

It can also be used extensively with the same purpose within governments and by extension, the related government agencies, in any given country.
